As we know about Seventh house, it is house of marriage, spouse, marital happiness, market place, other people (masses), business partnerships, agreements, etc. This is the house of partnerships, the most important partnership is marriage. Until the 7th house in Vedic astrology, the focus was on the individual. With this house, the focus shifts from self to the other. This house is just opposite the ascendant. So when 12th lord is situated in 7th house it means, its a bit difficult combination. What adds more difficulties to this combination is the fact that the 12th lord in the 7th house is in 8th from its own sign [bhavat bhavam concept]. Your spouse may a foreigner or linked to a foreign country or may be working for MNC’s or from different cultures or caste, etc. It makes the marriage challenging and highly fluctuating.
Your life span may be short or you may face some kind of health problems. You have to spend a lot because or marriage or spouse. In extreme malefic influences it indicates being betrayed by the spouse. The spouse is secretive and often hides something from you.
